Return and cancellation policy:
Given the nature of the services offered by "Jannat Al Madina" store, our policy is subject to the following controls:
Before implementation: The customer has the right to request cancellation of the order and a full refund if they contact us before the actual implementation or distribution of the order has begun.
After implementation: We regret that we cannot accept any return or cancellation requests after the distribution process has been completed within the specified entities, as it has been processed according to the required procedures.
Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that resulted in the order amount being deducted more than once, customer service should be contacted to review the order and immediately refund the excess amount to the customer's account.
